Hoisin Chicken with Water Chestnuts and Bamboo Tips

Yum

I love this dish. It's so much fun to eat with your hands and devour your "plate." It also helps that it's delicious, juicy, and all-around awesome.

This one's pretty simple, folks. No fanciness required. I may even skip right to the important stuff: the recipe. In fact, let's do that now. Follow me...

...

Ingredients

1 lb chicken breasts
1 bunch romaine lettuce
1 can bamboo tips
1 can water chestnuts
hoisin sauce

Directions

1. Boil chicken breasts until cooked. While chicken is boiling, tear off individual leaves of romaine lettuce. Then chop, slice, or shred the chicken.
2. Mix chicken, bamboo, and water chestnuts with hoisin sauce in a pan on medium heat until hot.
3. Plop a spoonful or two onto prepared romaine lettuce. Eat like a taco, hot dog, or your favorite hand-held food.
4. Go back for seconds!
