Ingredients:

  • 1 cup okara
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat (or any) flour
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (or similar dry ingredient)

Instructions:
