Tonkatsu Sauce (Chicken Marinade)
Bengal Barbecue
Ingredients
1 c. Teriyaki Sauce
1 c. Soy Sauce
1 T. Red Wine Vinegar
1 c. Brown Sugar
½ c. Sherry Cooking Wine
2 Whole Bay Leaves
1 T. Ground Black Pepper
3 T. Grated Fresh Ginger Root
2 T. Fresh Garlic, finely minced
Directions
Mix ingredients and marinate chicken overnight in your refrigerator.
