Hawaiian Ginger Dressing

Makes 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
7 tbsp. red wine vinegar
5 tbsp. canola oil
3 tbsp. cut up, peeled fresh ginger
1 tsp. garlic salt
8 tbsp. crushed pineapple
3 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. M.S.G., if desired
Directions
In a blender, combine vinegar, oil and fresh ginger. Blend well on high speed (15 seconds).
Add salt, pineapple, sugar and M.S.G., if used. Blend for another 15 seconds.
Refrigerate any unused portion.
